Nathan Blair

Nathan came on staff at Emmanuel Baptist Church in 2026 as the Pastor of Children and Young Families. He is passionate about seeing children grow in their knowledge and faith in Jesus through church engagement and equipping parents to faithfully raise their children in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.

Prior to Emmanuel, Nathan served as the Youth Pastor at First Baptist Church of Lexington, MO from 2020-2022, while earning his Masters of Theological Studies in Church Revitalization from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. In 2022 Nathan joined the staff at Topeka Baptist Church, where he served as the Children’s and Family Pastor until 2026 when he transitioned to Emmanuel.

Nathan met his wife, Sydney, while they were students at Southwest Baptist University. They were married in 2022, and enjoy cooking, board games, and watching a good show together.
